On October 5th, the Professional Mentoring program was inaugurated at ESI, in which graduates of our school will mentor 4th year and master students on the skills or soft skills needed to enter the labor market. Eighteen students with excellent professional careers introduced themselves to their mentees in order to share their experience with them.
The Department of Technologies and Information Systems (TSI) supported this program by providing the material that mentors and mentees shared as a symbol of their joint work.
We are convinced that, for both sides, this activity will be the beginning of an unforgettable experience based on sharing ideas, knowledge and experiences and developing skills in our students that will help them in their incorporation into the labor market. The program is coordinated by Aurora Vizcaíno, professor of the TSI department, and by the School's Academic Planning and Employability departments.
