Asesoramiento y apoyo tecnológico en:
* ORDENACION DEL TERRITORIO para proyectos de ZONIFICACIÓN vitivinícola;
* Selección y Mejora de Material Vegetal, Caracterización de materiales vitícolas, estudios específicos de Adaptación Medioambiental y respuesta en condiciones semiáridas, (DESERTIFICACIÓN);
* Compatibilidad medioambiental en zonas de especial protección (ZEPA);
* Aprovechamiento hídrico y calidad de las producciones vitivinícolas
Desarrollo del proyecto ECIPUR “Implantación de un modelo de economía circular para la gestión sostenible del estiércol líquido de porcino en Castilla-La Mancha”, con código de expediente: 16-B01729524-PG-07, creado en resolución de la convocatoria de la JCCM de fecha 04/05/2021 con las entidades socias beneficiarias: ICPOR, Instituto Técnico Agronómico Provincial de Albacete (ITAP), Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha (UCLM), ASAJA de Cuenca y los agricultores y ganaderos Jorge Serrano Pardo y Julio Arcos Blanco.
Se trata de una inversión de 242.581,16 euros encuadrada en una Iniciativa de Inversión Territorial Integrada (ITI) de la Junta de Comunidades de Castilla-La Mancha; su financiación se enmarca en la operación 16.2.2 de ayudas para la innovación en producción primaria agrícola y ganadera, y proviene en un 90 % de los Fondos FEADER, en un 3 % de la Administración General del Estado y en un 7 % de la Junta de Comunidades de Castilla-La Mancha.
El grupo de investigación VITICULTURA se estructura en el marco de la rama de conocimiento de INGENIERÍA Y ARQUITECTURA, con una clara vocación de apoyo a la formación, investigación y desarrollo tecnológico de la INGENIERÍA AGRONÓMICA.
Se plantean escenarios de asesoramiento a empresas e instituciones integradas en el tejido productivo del sector agrario en Castilla-La Mancha.
De este modo, su cercanía y relación directa con empresas, asociaciones y agrupaciones de productores, consolida una larga trayectoria de implicación universitaria en la realidad socioeconómica del mundo rural
